With over 5 years of experience in startups, Web3, tech, and education, I have successfully completed numerous projects, delivering impactful results. My expertise includes end-to-end product development, user research, SaaS and B2C creation, wireframing, and prototyping. Lead designer on 70% of the products I work on. Experience

  • Redesigned and drafted B2C ecommerce made to order suit site, crafting an improved navigation design and implemented design thinking in crafting solutions for complex problems within the user flow.
  • Adjusted the user interface to be more user friendly. 
  • Developed new screens and user flows within a tight deadline of 3 weeks, including delivery of new graphics and videos for the site.
  • Conceptualized, designed, and oversaw the creation of a hosting service product, for Web3 startup company Nerd United. As the lead designer of the hosting service product, I generated $1.5M of Nerd’s revenue and decreased user drop off by 45%.
  • Spearheaded and produced a blockchain dashboard interface in a tight two month deadline. The interface was essential in creating a product that gathered $100 million dollars in funding and 12 independent brands to contract with Nerd United.
  • Implemented new and improved workflows, produced roadmaps and user personas for upcoming projects.
  • Designed, improved, and researched for BYU’s websites, including Y-Jobs -a website 98% of all employees of 4,100 staff, faculty, personnel and student employees interact with in order to be hired through the school.
  • Conducted surveys and test groups to gather data to create research backed designs.
  • Strategized with OIT UX team and brainstormed with shareholders ways to improve the product for clientele, the end user, and participated in producing high quality websites and app designs aligned with the school’s branding.
  • Head product designer for a non-profit Johnson STEM, developing a data system to collect insight for their 1,500 students. 
  • Worked with product managers to create a product, from the entirety of the development process, from conception, design, build, testing, and to release a product that established a reliable channel of data input for shareholders of Johnson STEM.
  • Conducted user research and testing to develop a product that increased user data by 60%.
  • Designed quarterly publications for the Political Science department.
  • Appropriately 9,000 people were exposed to the publication every three months and increased viewer engagement by 25%.
  • Transformed the publication from a 10 page newsletter to a 20+ page quarterly magazine.
  • Operated on an adjustable schedule to deliver a finished product by a close deadline.
